VROOMTRACK – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all VroomTrack Events. By booking or attending an Event, you agree to these Terms.

 1.⁠ ⁠Definitions

• “VroomTrack”, “we”, “us”, “our” – AA (Holdings) Limited trading as VroomTrack.

• “you”, “your”, “participant” – the individual making the booking and any additional drivers, passengers or guests linked to that booking.

• “Event” – any premium invite-only driver development experience operated by VroomTrack.

• “Circuit” or “Track” – the venue at which the Event is held, including its owners, operators and staff.

 2.⁠ ⁠Eligibility

Participants must:

• Hold a full and valid driving licence from any recognised country.

• Meet the minimum age required by the host circuit (typically 17+).

• Be medically and physically fit to drive safely on track.

• Not suffer from any condition that could impair safe driving.

• Follow all briefings, safety instructions and marshal directions.

 3.⁠ ⁠Booking, Payments & Confirmation

• Full payment is required to secure your place.

• Prices are fixed once your booking is confirmed.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.

• Events are strictly limited to 25 cars and operate on an invite-only basis.

 4.⁠ ⁠Cancellations & Credits

• 30+ days before the Event: full credit note or free transfer.

• 14–30 days: credit note only.

• Under 14 days: credit note only if your place is resold.

• Name changes / transfers are allowed at any time.

• No cash refunds are issued.

 5.⁠ ⁠Documentation

You must bring a physical valid driving licence and any other required identification or waivers on the day. Failure to provide valid documentation may result in loss of track access.

 6.⁠ ⁠Waivers & Signing On

All participants, additional drivers, passengers and guests must:

• Complete VroomTrack sign-on.

• Sign VroomTrack’s waiver and indemnity form.

• Sign any Circuit-specific indemnity.

Track access is granted only after all documents are signed and the correct wristband is issued.

 7.⁠ ⁠Vehicle Requirements

Your vehicle must be safe, mechanically sound, leak-free and suitable for circuit use. VroomTrack does not inspect vehicles and makes no warranty as to their suitability.

 8.⁠ ⁠Insurance

Trackday / circuit insurance and personal accident insurance are strongly recommended. Participation is entirely at your own risk.

 9.⁠ ⁠Noise Limits

Circuit-specific noise limits apply. Exceeding them may result in exclusion without refund or credit. VroomTrack does not control noise enforcement.

10.⁠ ⁠Safety Equipment

• A helmet is mandatory.

• Arms and legs must be fully covered.

• Closed-toe shoes are required.

Full-face helmets may be required in open-top cars depending on circuit rules.

11.⁠ ⁠Driving Standards & Overtaking

Events operate on an open pit lane.

Overtaking is permitted on the left-hand side by consent only. The overtaking driver is fully responsible for the manoeuvre. The driver being overtaken must hold a predictable line.

Aggressive or dangerous driving, racing, tailgating, drifting, ignoring marshal instructions, driving under the influence, or avoidable contact is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate exclusion without refund or credit.

12.⁠ ⁠Coaching & Instruction

Personalised in-car coaching is a core part of the VroomTrack experience. You will be placed in a fixed group of five and paired with a dedicated ARDS Grade A instructor for the day.

90 minutes of structured coaching is included in your booking. This consists of a short group familiarisation (where required) followed by extensive in-car instruction in your own car.

Additional coaching may be available subject to instructor availability. Instructors may only drive your vehicle if you explicitly permit it, the circuit allows it, and your insurance covers it.

13.⁠ ⁠Breakdowns & Spins

If your car stops or spins, move to a safe position if possible and wait for marshals. You are responsible for all repairs, towing and recovery costs. Repeated incidents may result in exclusion.

14.⁠ ⁠Damage to Circuit Infrastructure

You are fully responsible for any damage caused by your vehicle to barriers, kerbs, track surface, garage areas or circuit equipment. Any charges passed to VroomTrack will be invoiced to you.

15.⁠ ⁠Passengers & Additional Drivers

Permitted only if they sign all required forms, meet age requirements (typically 16+), and wear correct safety gear.

16.⁠ ⁠Personal Property

VroomTrack is not responsible for loss of or damage to vehicles, tools, trailers, equipment or personal items.

17.⁠ ⁠Photography & Media

By attending you consent to photography and filming for marketing and promotional purposes. Personal filming is allowed if the camera is securely mounted and non-commercial.

18.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control (severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, circuit closure, etc.). In such cases you will receive a credit or transfer where possible.

19.⁠ ⁠Liability & Indemnity

Participation is entirely at your own risk. VroomTrack and the Circuit accept no liability for injury, death, vehicle damage, property loss or financial loss except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify VroomTrack and the Circuit against any claims arising from your actions or your vehicle.

20.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Guernsey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Guernsey courts.

21.⁠ ⁠Acceptance

By booking or attending a VroomTrack Event you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these Terms, including the risks of circuit driving, and agree to follow all safety rules and instructions.
